Join me in a community of practice to build the capacities of steadiness, stability and sovereignty in these increasingly unstable liminal times. 

As the old order creates more chaos around us our capacity to find inner stability, to have sovereignty over our body, our mind and our attention are the superpower of the new resistance.

So that you can TAKE INSPIRED ACTION from a deeply centered liberated place. 

So that you embody the new CONSCIOUSNESS of FLOURISHING  arising on the planet now, 
 

This is a call to create 'an Island of Coherence in sea of chaos' for one hour of....

Our practice will be centered on Body, Breath and Mind. We will connect to our Essential Nature, Great Nature, our nervous system, inner chemistry, inner seasons and inner states; to the seen and the unseen realms. 

Meditation 🔴 Gentle Movement 🔴 Breathwork 

Start your week with one simple hour long practice and take your innate power back. 

We begin on Easter Monday, April 6th,
