Designed specifically for women in the workplace we will explore conflict, power, the difficult emotions it can bring up and the undesirable outcomes it often brings.
Each of us have a habitual way of working with conflict situations and challenging conversations. Some of us go into conflict all guns blazing, some of us shut down and some of us will do anything to keep the peace. It really helps.

Resilience is defined as the process of adapting well in the face of adversity, trauma, tragedy, threats or significant sources of stress”(American Psychological Association) Life is messy and increasingly complex and speedy. Resilience is the art of working with all of that. Women in corporate careers have to become relentless jugglers and plate spinners. How do we work with all of that without burning out? How do we thrive in the messiness? In this course I will share the seven strategies for leading and living resiliently.
