This interactive 8 week course explores how we, as women, show up in conflict situations. Designed specifically for women we will use mindfulness, developmental coaching, self compassion and embodiment to work with conflict and the difficult emotions it can bring up.
Between Samhain and the Winter Solstice we are invited to transition into the deep feminine part of the cycle. This is a beautiful time to gather as women and to explore the aspects of our feminine nature which have been undervalued in our culture. It’s a time of pausing, resting and hibernating. A time to retreat from the world.
The Celtic Wheel is a year long online course for women who want to weave ancient wisdom into their contemporary lives, to live intentionally and on-purpose.
Join a web of women around the planet who will journey together through a full cycle of the Celtic Wheel over 12 months. Together we will mark the 8 seasons of the Wheel, celebrating the practices and rituals of each festival. Together we will explore the gifts and challenges of the seasons with the intention of reclaiming important wisdom for our time.
